Harmonic Harvest
Harmonic Harvest fosters social sustainability by empowering community connection. We envision a future where communities are woven together through meaningful gatherings, collaboration, and collective care — where people feel a sense of belonging, are seen and supported, to help build a more connected, compassionate, and resilient world.
Description
Volunteers help transform individual 7×7” Silver Lining fabric squares into large-scale woven tapestries. Guided by the atelier architect, each tapestry is constructed using donated fabric strips to form a beautiful double-sided, woven, multi-layered work of art. The Silver Lining stories are thoughtfully woven in, then embellished and personalized to reflect the fabric of our community. Once completed, each tapestry is photographed and prepared for the storytelling stage. Interns/Volunteers are invited to help create the tapestries or the corresponding scrapbook.
