Description
WUWM is interested in transforming a physical timeline installation within our office into a digitally accessible feature on our website. This timeline serves as a museum/gallery-style educational exhibit within our office. It physically spans the length of several walls within our station and includes photos, displayed artifacts and written pieces that highlight our history 1964-today. The timeline is currently complete, however, we will continue to add to it each year. All of the timeline elements (written copy, photos, scanned images, etc.) that are featured on the physical timeline are saved digitally, so we won’t need students to source materials for this project. Rather, we’d love to work with MIAD students to adapt the timeline for our website — perhaps as an interactive, scroll-through type of feature that is accessible to everyone online. We’re open to ideas!
